Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. I appreciate the opportunity to oppose Rule SR-OCC-2024-001. I oppose the rule because I believe in a free market, bad operators need to default and be cleared out. It sounds harsh but it is necessary for a healthy economy. I only want to invest in free-market economies and I see this rule as an attempt to interfere by deciding which members survive or not by waiving margin requirements. Thank you, David Rayner
