As a household investor, I have concerns about the transparency, effectiveness, and fairness of the OCC's risk management practices, particularly in relation to the use of idiosyncratic control settings and the redaction of specific details as described in this proposal. There are potential systemic risks, conflicts of interest, and financial risks posed by the OCC's proposal, including the concentration of decision-making authority in a single individual and the potential depletion of the OCC's pre-funded financial resources in the event of a large Clearing Member default. I oppose this rule.
