Dear SEC, I agree with the rejection of SR-OCC-2024-001, and let me be honest by saying I cannot believe I have to spend part of my morning writing this letter. How obvious is it that margin requirements should not be adjustable? If you can't pay for your bet you don't get to bet. If anything, the OCC asking for adjusting margin requirements suggests that rejection of their request does not go far enough. When someone is asking for the rules to change in their favor, as a regulatory agency, you should 100% look at their books with even more scrutiny. Most likely these margin requirements are already "flexible" and now they are asking permission for the rules they have already broken. I agree with the rejection of SR-OCC-2024-001 and implore you to absolutely audit, audit, audit the heck out of these financial manipulations. Sincerely, Janice Schrader
