Hello SEC, I am a retail investor. Margin requirements should be increased not decreased for highly shorted/volatile stocks. Clearing members should not be overleveraged and market makers should not be continuously selling shares they do not own and cannot locate. More financial transparency is needed from the market makers and clearing members if they are to keep our markets in good working order. Curt Riffel, CPA Richardson, TX
