Hello my name is Doug Timm, I’ve been involved in the stock market for about 5-6 years as an individual investor. Over this said time I have witnessed the lack of protection for retail investors and favoritism for hedge funds allowing clear abuse of dark pools to help themselves in leveraging their bets. Passing this rule will not only cripple retail but will only make it even more unfair for retail. If anything there should have been more margin calls. Please reconsider for the sake of retail and what was supposed to be a free and fair market. Thank you
