I would first like to thank the Securities and Exchange Commission for the opportunity to comment on this proposal. I would like to give concern about Financial Risks and that I oppose the proposal. I believe that this proposal fuels financial instability that can cause market volatility. From recent market events I believe that this 'meme stock' that has been causing turbulence in the markets is a systemic risk and that continuing the charade in the market will have long term consequences that will cause public outcry and uncertainty. I again will like to say that I oppose of SR-OCC-2024-001 and would like to see serious regulation and responsibility. I am a market participant who wants to see a fair system in place.
