Hello: I am a Canadian participant in the retail investing landscape and have been following ongoing SEC/OCC developments. This proposed rule change that gives OCC unprecedented unilateral power to make or waive margin requirements is a very dangerous game and I just hope, whatever is coming, that it's been vetted extremely carefully. I trust you guys to do the job. Please delay its approval longer if you have to, in order to make a fully informed decision. Regards, Jonathan Best
