To Whom It May Concern: I am against any rule change that perpetuates the lack of transparency of OCC risk and related waivers and modifications for member organizations. The proposed changes raise serious concerns to household investors such as myself about the risks within our market system and who gets shielded from said risk and at whose expense. The proposed changes appear to carve out unfair shields to risk for large institutions under the guise of limiting market volatility. In my view, these changes, along with egregious actions by the CFTC, are stacking the deck against household investors to the benefit of the ultra wealthy and large financial institutions and setting the market up for disaster.
