To whom it may concern,

I am writing in strong opposition of the rule preposed by the OCC. The way that The OCC would be able to modify margin requirements during heightened volatility has been partially redacted from the document, so as a member of the public I cannot support something that I don’t know what is in it. Self regulatory organizations like the OCC should strive to be as transparent as possible to build trust with the public, and not hide what they do in the shadows.

Existing rules should be enforced stronger, not continually waived when a firm fails.

Thank you, Noah H
