Hello, I am writing in absolute opposition of this rule. Quite frankly, how in the absolute hell can we “waive” their margin calls??? After all the blatant negligence, how is this the right path? Can I waive my debt when I made bad calls and lost? Oh yea, I can’t just turn off the sell button when they’re shorting the market to hell to protect my portfolio but sure, let’s shit the buy button off if they can’t pay their short bets going against them. Now let’s waive their margin calls, real smart. Gimme a break.
