Thank you for the chance to comment on ST-occ-2024-00134-99393 entitled” proposed rule change by the options clearing corporation concerning its process for adjusting certain parameters in its proprietary system of calculating margin requirements during periods. When the product it clears in the market, it serves high volatility. I do not support this the approval or the rule. I’m definitely concerned of the lack of transparency.
