Dear SEC, We retail investors have submitted comments, proof, and concerns of manipulation. You have continued to ignore. Please do not allow this corrupt rule to be passed. Also, feel free to resolve the GME issue that has been allowed to go on for 3 years without any proof of shorts closing. Ken Griffin lied under oath and you continue to ignore the spoofing and aggressive naked shorting. Please let me know if there is a better way for me to beg you to protect retail investors.
