I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS RULE. As a retail investor I have witnessed incredible amounts of unregulated manipulation in the markets. Shame on the SEC if this rule is allowed to pass essentially giving market makers and hedge funds the right to steal endlessly from individual investors. You know this is true, unequivocally.
