To whom this may concern, I would like to first of thank you for the opportunity to give a voice to the masses. In a market where transparency is opaque, the proposed 'SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393' concerns me. The United States market is seen as a bastion of free market all over the world. A place where all are equal, with equal opportunities. Having rules where the risks are based upon classism is contrary to a free & fair market. A market that is exposed to 'systematic risk' is due to participants making risky calls, being heavily over-leveraged & the margin requirements constantly changing for their benefit. The OCC consistently waving margin calls for Clearing Members by repeatedly reducing their margin requirements impedes on retail's rights to a fair market. I am firmly against any rules (or future rules) where there's no accountability for risk or being over-leveraged (margin calls).

I once again thank you for taking our concerns into mind.

Yours Sincerely, an international retail investor.
