Good morning Chairman Gensler and Staff, At this time, as CEO of a Public Company that files our SEC reports on a timely basis every quarter, it's imperative that the "Market Structure" maintain its transparency. The amount of "LEVERAGE" certain "players' have within the market structure now threaten the entire SYSTEM. The OCC's "rule change" to allow for certain "Margin Calls" to effectively be NON existent in times of volatility is absurd. Those who made their BED must be forced to lie in it, no matter the consequences, I DO NOT get the same luxury if I fail my shareholders, please VOTE NO!
