I am a retail investor and I just want to know why everytime wallstreet screws up they get bailed out with rule changes that cover up or adjust it so they slip thru the cracks and don’t get held accountable for they actions. Please don’t pass rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 and tell wallstreet that there are no more bailouts for them. Thank you Kurt Darby investor
