Shame on you... Willing to approve on market those rules that will ruin the retails... Let's see on the long run what will happen with your children and grand grand childrens... The entire world will blow because of you... Let the banks, market makers, hedge funds and all of them who ruined the retails over the last 100 years of crisis burn and go into oblivion...
