Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

I'm worried about the proposed rule change by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) because it could favor billionaires, banks, and hedge funds over regular investors like me. The rule might hide risky investments and make it harder for us to see what's really going on.

The OCC's plan doesn't seem fair. It could protect big players while leaving average investors vulnerable. We need more transparency and safeguards to level the playing field.

I urge the SEC to reconsider this proposal and prioritize the interests of all investors, not just the wealthy few.

Sincerely,

A Small Investor
