Dear, Security and Exchange Commission My name is Paleari Filippo and I'm an Italian retail investor. I'm and writing you to say NO to the rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. I am a stock investor. In these conditions, talking about a "financial market" no longer makes sense. The transparency that should be defended by the SEC is constantly betrayed for the benefit of M.M. and Hedge Fund. Manipulation has become so evident that it seems to be the real rule! The SEC is a state body that regulates finance and the largest financial center in the world. It should protect smaller investors from the scams of the big ones. It should protect small American investors and also international investors. That rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 must not pass. Do small investors have duties that large investors do not have? Is this democracy? This is your "American Dream"?.
