Dear Sirs/Madam, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my position regarding the proposed rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. After careful consideration and thorough analysis, I have determined that I cannot support the implementation of this proposed rule. While I appreciate the effort and intention behind the proposal, I believe that it may not align with retail investor interest and may introduce unnecessary unlawful complexities, advantageous loopholes within our markets. I understand the importance of regulatory compliance and the need for effective risk management. However, I believe that alternative approaches or modifications to the proposed rule may better achieve the intended objectives without imposing undue burdens on market participants.
