I am writing to voice my concern on the proposed rule change SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 aimed at changing parameters for calculating margin requirements, especially during periods of high volatility. I urge the SEC to ensure accountability for all clearing members and their actions in the market. Over-leveraged and reckless risks should not be encouraged or promoted. We deserved a fair and even market. From a concerned investor.
