Securities and Exchange Commission, The above mentioned rule-making is an abhorrent travesty! Already, our so called "free and fair" stock market is stacked against anyone who doesn't work on Wall Street. Now, the OCC wants to change the rules of the game making the markets stacked to INFINITY! Making all of Wall Street margin-call-proof while still allowing the same to short infinitely will forever change our "free market", making it a permanent casino, with wall street being the owners. Over a very short period of time, all retail investors will withdraw completely and never invest in the stock market again. If you allow this to happen, I will do exactly this! Remove all of my investments from the U.S. stock market! I would rather keep my money in a sock drawer! Darryl Garland
