Thank you for the opportunity to comment on SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 entitled “Proposed Rule Change by The Options Clearing Corporation Concerning Its Process for Adjusting Certain Parameters in Its Proprietary System for Calculating Margin Requirements During Periods When the Products It Clears and the Markets It Serves Experience High Volatility”. I have several concerns about the OCC rule proposal, HIGHLY OPPOSE THIS PROPOSAL, AND DO NOT SUPPORT IT'S APPROVAL!. I’m concerned about the lack of transparency in our financial system as evidenced by this rule proposal, amongst others! In my opinion, it is not right, the "BIG MONEY", the hedge funds, banks and other short sellers can do what they want, they robbering the money from the retail investors, drive companies to bankrupt and they trade with over leverage! They do, what they want for their own money bags and now, the little investor, who is about 90% down (I speak about AMC Entertainment and Gamestop) have lost all their money and could pay for the big hedge funds?! That's not right, that's criminal! Please do something for the little man, for the retail investor - protect them against short attacks, against the criminal robbery by hedge funds and banks who made naked short selling and trade in dark pools!
