Thank you for letting me comment on proposal SR-066-2024-00134-99393. I believe if this proposal passes it will be much more detrimental down the line. It will give bad actors even more reason to not follow SEC and market structure guidelines. Very risky bets will occur without the consequences that the market was founded upon. ? SEC stop this madness as it will create even greater manipulation in our already fragile and vulnerability US stock market. Thank you for your time and platform.
