Hello, Being of fundamental, logical thought, any type of easing of restrictions shows something is extremely wrong. If these said changes of or to (not really sure) SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 are implemented: 1. what happens to the potential investigation of crime that may have occurred across the globe? 2. Also, knowing other countries are limiting short selling and attempting to stop naked short selling, could this action hide potential criminal activities of those being investigated overseas? Transparency and protection of retail investors against criminal activity is the objective and reason Congress created the Securities Exchange Act, which gives the SEC power to enforce laws under the executive branch, right?
