I am against this ridiculous proposal. The market is being held hostage by bad actors that have no intention of following the rule of law until they are forced. Margin requirements exist for me as an individual investor but it seems the big guys don’t have to follow the same rules as the rest of us. This rule will further erode the trust in this market, if that is even possible.
