This letter serves to inform you that I categorically oppose to the "Proposed Rule Change by The Options Clearing Corporation Concerning its Process for Adjusting Certain Parameters in its Proprietary System for Calculating Margin Requirements During Periods When the Products It Clears and the Markets It Serves Experience High Volatility.” The proposed change will remove responsibility from greedy interests that find themselves in the losing end of an investment and continue the legalized corruption that is rampant in US markets. Other nations like UK and South Korea have already passed some measures to ensure just markets. It is about time the US do the same. Sincerely, Edward
