Dear SEC, As a retail investor, we implore you to not approve SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393, banks, market makers, hedge funds, cannot be too big to fail, they need to be margin called when they are over leveraged and under funded. So much of the money they play with is not their own, they create fake shares, they create fake orders to pin down the price. We need them to "feel" the pain when they choose to do bad things.
