My name is Dr. Vicky Chodha. I strongly oppose the OCC rule proposal SR-OCC-2024-001. The excessive redaction of details and supporting information prevents meaningful public review. The proposal unfairly benefits Clearing Members by repeatedly reducing margin requirements, exposing retail investors to long-tail risks. Reject this proposal and hold Clearing Members to strict margin requirements like other investors.
