I vote no on the new proposal rule by the OCC. It does not help in any risk control. It just contains it and creates systemic risk in the future. This encourages bad behavior and allows hedge funds to get away with shorting companies. Update margin requirements just Incase. Your document says there’s an expected 99% shortfall. To drop this percentage lower you guys should deposit more collateral to lower the expected shortfall amount. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone
