1. I vote no to this rule proposal because it does not help in any risk control. It just temporarily contains it and adds to it in the long term. 2. It creates a greater systemic risk in the future. 3. This encourages bad behavior, this encourages more people to be living in the risk area because they know if the criteria is met they will be saved and they will play riskier bets. Sent from my iPhone
