To whom it may concern,
I do not support this rule change. As a retail investor, there are limitations and rules in place in regards to margin requirements. It is my responsibility to maintain that risk in any stock being held. The Same goes for anyone or entity trading in the market. The responsibility of those traders or entities to maintain margin requirements, even in a time of high volatility. Due to the stress already set on the economy and the market. Risk assessment should be a high priority for all participants, and those participants need to have full responsibility of any outcome. There are high possibilities that when taking away margin requirements, market participants will engage in manipulative practices, fraudulent activity, and a greater risk of a systemic collapes in the market.

As stated above, I do not approve the rule change.

Sincerely,
Jacob Mays
