To whom it may concern, I strongly oppose the rule SR-OCC-2024-001 as it against the interests of retail investors, and in the interests of market participants who have put themselves at too much risk in order for them to gain financially. This creates an uneven playing field, with the disadvantage to the retail investor who the government should be looking out for. Yours Sincerely, Ross Devlin
