I appreciate the opportunity provided to comment on SR-OCC-2024-001-34-99393 entitled "Proposed Rule Change by the Options Clearing Corporation Concerning Its Proprietary System for Calculating Margin Requirements During Periods When the Products It Clears and the Markets It Serves Experience High Volatility.

I have concerns about the proposed rule and would like to state that I highly oppose this proposal and in no way support its approval.

I deem there to be a lack of transparency in the United States of America's financial system and markets. The details of this proposal are significantly redacted I believe I have valid concerns that this rule is proposed to protect the interests of large financial institutions and/or hedge funds that have taken over leveraged positions on companies.

If this rule proceeds I will consider removing all my investments in the USA stock market with the intention of seeking to invest in emerging economies instead.

Sincere regards,

Ryan
