I am strongly in opposition of this proposal. Margin calls are necessary to provide protection to the investors. This proposal only protects those that manipulate and naked short stocks. I believe stricter enforcement to Margin Calls should be implemented when there are failures to deliver. Sincerely Daniel Carinci Sent from my iPhone
