As an American I am appalled that this is a rule that would even be considered. We lack transparency in the markets and the over-leveraged companies, banks and financial institutions must pay for their bad bets. Fix the system and make America the greatest country on this planet once again one step at a time. The financial markets are a MESS. I’ll leave it at that. Jason Etheridge
