I am extremely concern as a private citizen and investor of this proposed rule. Hedge funds and institutions are already allowed to run freely with highly risky investments, overleveraging, and causing financial instability in the markets. Without any proper protocols in place to hold them accountable could have catastrophic effects. The mere fact that this rule needs to be proposed already goes to show that they are overleveraged. Please do the right thing for humanity to oppose this rule. Sent from my iPhone
