Please explain how this proposed rule change is fair to retail investors in a supposed free and fair market. This is uncalled for and I’m in complete opposition to this rule change. I ask that you consider rejecting this rule change proposal from the OCC and understand my concerns as a retail investor who can see that this is not fair and continues to allow kicking the can down the road for over leveraged hedge funds and financial institutions to avoid margin calls.
