I am writing from Italy to say NO to the rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. I am a stock investor. In these conditions, talking about a "financial market" no longer makes sense. The transparency that should be defended by the SEC is constantly betrayed for the benefit of M.M. and Hedge Found. Manipulation has become so evident that it seems to be the real rule! The SEC is a state body that regulates finance and the largest financial center in the world. It should protect smaller investors from the scams of the big ones. It should protect small American investors first and foremost. Who actually pays you? Do you get your salary from the state and also money from hedge funds? Already on Citadel's payroll? SHAME ON YOU!! That rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 must not pass. Do small investors have duties that large investors do not have? Is this democracy? This is your "American Dream". You are just the nightmare. Not just an American nightmare. SHAME ON YOU and reject this disgusting rule. Giordano Di Stasio
