Hello, I am sending this to inform you that I am not in support of the proposed rule change (SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393) as a retail investor it’s already been hard on me and this is just another negative factor to keep retail investor down/ below everyone else. I would be nice to level the playing field with the bigger institutions but instead it seems like this is set to continuously treat the small guys unfairly. I DO NOT support this biased proposal.
