To whom it may concern,, As a Retail Investor I am Opposed to the new proposed rule change by the OCC. This rule allows SHF’s and Market makers to vacate their financial responsibilty to meet margin requirements. This proposed rule increases the lack of transparency and undermines the retails trust in the markets.
