To whom it may concern, I strongly disagree with rule change proposal SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. This proposed rule change does not represent a free and fair market, but instead gives a very unfair (criminal, in my opinion) advantage to others who have made risky trades, and who were very aware of the consequences that they would incur if volatility were to arise. This is like changing the rules of a game after it's over so that the team with the least number of points wins! This rule change proposal is un-American and quite frankly I think it also represents manipulation of retail traders. I strongly oppose SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. Nobody comes to save me with rule changes when I’m losing a trade, therefore this would appear to be a not so free and fair market if this proposal passes. Thank you, D. Weldon
