Dear madam or Sir, I am writing to your office today to voice my opposition to the proposed rule change, SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393. Confidence in our financial markets is paramount, particularly during these times rampant market manipulation and corporate malfeasance. Proposal SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393, in my opinion, would further erode what remaining confidence there is in the U.S. Financial Markets. Thank You for your consideration
