Good morning, I am emailing in regards to new information I have received regarding margin requirements being lowered even more during high volatility. The OCC proposing this rule change lacks transparency and unfairly benefits clearing members over other investors such as retail. As a retail investor and United States citizen I DO NOT support this proposal. I have several Concerns and appreciate the opportunity to be heard. We deserve a fair market, as hard working people of the United States we invest for a better future for our kids and families but investments are constantly being manipulated to benefit clearing members which leave us severely negatively impacted.
