To whom it may concern, I am an individual investor, after reading this possible change in the current system, it has become apparent that certain Hedge Funds and market makers will be the only ones benefitting from this. It is absolute insanity to continue to assist these crooks. Yes the government has assisted in this wild stock market and horrible global economy. To sit here and even propose a change in margin requirements is ludicrous. They dug themselves into this hole. It's time for them to dig themselves out. I strongly advise to not even consider these changes.
