Thank you for allowing me to comment on SR-OCC-2024-00134-99393 proposed by the Options Clearing Corporation. I am strongly opposed to this proposal. Retail investors are already subject to unfair rules that favor Hedge Funds and Market Makers. The current rules allow for abusive short-selling, and this proposal will absolutely worsen this situation, and further increase the disparity in fairness between Wall-Street and Retail Investors.
