Good morning, I’m writing in regards to this rule change. I am vehemently opposed to this idea. It begs the question of why even have the rule in place if when it goes into effect you simply change the parameters? There is a lot of speculation of wrong doing in our markets and this does everything to further those speculations. Thank you, Chris Tofanelli
