This is a very big mistake on behalf of the OCC. Everybody should be playing by the same rules that includes hedge funds, family offices, Banks, and other institutions. They decided to make a bet and they lost so they should follow the same rules as us retail investors. Stop protecting these entities and start protecting retail investors.
