Hello, Iam writing to you to let my feelings be known about this new rule change proposal. This is absolutely DISGRACEFUL! how is this even being considered! This is literally stealing from retail! Day light robbery comes to mind! If this rule gets passed i will never invest my hard earned money in the US stock market ever again!
