SUBJECT: SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 I’m Alessandro Di Iulio I don’t want to accept the proposal of this rule , is unfair , We choose every day in the market for a long time based on situations that we analyze, you cannot change the parameters and therefore the situations, those who have not been diligent deserve to fail and or to be margin called, otherwise those who put themselves open a short position , could potentially earn at will with rules that change tailor-made so as not to fulfill the obligations. I want the NO, and if necessary I will appeal to the Court of International Rights. NO for this rule .
